Basic needs, lifestyle, finances, likes and dislikes, travel time to
work, and leisure time interests all play a part. The more you can
tell me at an initial interview, or via early e-mail correspondence,
the easier it will be for both you and me to gain focus and find the
right home. I am a certified buyer representative, and work with
buyers as their buyer agent.

your criteria. If you are coming in from out of town or out of the
country, I can initially set up a Web
page for you and post relevant information for you to review. That
way, by the time you do come into the city, you will have gained a
good idea of the type of properties available and the price tags
attached to them.

Financing is a critical item in any purchase and it is an aspect
that I can assist you with even before you see a lender. I値l acquaint
you with a variety of financing options
and the advantages of each, and I値l also provide you with an estimate
of your after-tax net cost of housing.
There are closing costs that differ with each jurisdiction. In my
initial buyer presentation, I include estimates for closing costs as
well as providing you with information on tax rates for real estate,
as well as sales taxes and personal income taxes in each jurisdiction.
When you find properties that appeal to you or neighborhoods that
are of particular interest to you, I値l provide you with recent sales
history and any other necessary information that will enable you to
make an informed decision.
Once you make a choice, we値l write up the offer together and I値l
present it to the listing agent and owner of the property. If there
are any subsequent negotiations, I値l work through those with you.
Ratification of an offer is followed by inspections and loan
processing, selection of a settlement attorney and ordering title, and
smaller details relating to gas and electric service, etc. My computer
system is set up to provide maximum efficiency for the storing and conveyance of documents,
and I will personally orchestrate events for you and guide the
contract through to settlement.
